The rooms were very clean and the staff did a wonderful job of explaining the upkeep schedule. The breakfast buffet and the cafe in the lobby were fantastic. The balcony in our room was also a great place to read in the morning. The location is definitely premier. Very easily navigable to all desirable locations we were hoping to see.

The staff and location were excellent. The lounge was closed for the duration of my stay which was disappointing but the hotel is nice. The rooms are small but updated and it’s a nice and quiet area in shinjuku in walking distance to a variety of stations.

Good location on the oedo line so it was easy to get around Tokyo. We loved the bakery downstairs it was nice to grab breakfast and take it out to the lovely gardens. We took advantage of the rooftop and coin laundry which was nice at the tail end of our trip. Really clean and nice place definitely good value for what it cost us.

The hotel was a fantastic stay for our family of six. We were traveling with four teenage boys and ourselves. If you have the option to purchase the buffet breakfast, absolutely do it! The food was amazing and the staff were incredible. The rooms were meticulously cleaned, and the property was outstanding! The location was off the beaten path, but right by the train station which allowed easy access to all the areas of Tokyo. The standard rooms are on the smaller side but manageable.

There are so many things I can rave about when it comes to this hotel. The staff were so kind and made it so easy to do anything at this hotel. Breakfast was delicious and had a lot of options and everything was marked for allergens or food preferences. Everything was super clean and well maintained. It was a very comfortable place to stay. My favorite part about this property was the view. It is near a park and a stadium and has the most amazing view of Tokyo. I also really enjoyed how close it was to a train station and it was pretty much walking distance to Shinjuku and Harajuku.
