Beautiful hotel with a perfect location. Very central (you can walk to Harajuku and even Shinjuku!), and there's a train right next to the hotel. 10/10 would stay here again!

Hotel very close to a subway station, which connects to all the city. Clean with a very good and high quality breakfast. The only issue was the room size, it was smaller than expected. The bed side was against the wall which was uncomfortable for 2 people.

I love the staff and the products they use for guests. The pyjamas are a nice touch, but the breakfast could do with more variety each day. Having the same kind of food for three days in a row gets tiring. The location also feels quite far out; although it’s close to the station, getting to other places still takes a long time.

rooms are clean and the bathroom with the shower and tub is really nice. the room was pretty small but still okay. There was a small earthquake during our stay and we still felt safe. The staff is really nice and very helpful. One downside is the location. Takes some time to get to Ginza or Asakusa. I recommend eating at Handmade Udon Ura 手打ちうどん 温羅. It‘s close by and one of the best Udon we had (vegetarian options available).

Of all the hotels I’ve stayed at, this is by far my favorite. Amenities are fantastic, the location is close to the major railways, the hotel is quiet, breakfast/dinner are delicious. Any time I stay in Tokyo, I book this hotel. We will be back next year for our fourth stay.
