Everything was great! My only complaint would be that the beds aren’t that comfortable, and the pools got really hot but that’s not something the resort can control with the weather of Cancun, overall the entertainment crew was amazing every day!

We stayed for 5 nights and wished we had stayed 5 more! The hotel was extremely clean and well maintained, our room was perfect and the staff was amazing. I have stayed at 2 other all inclusives in Cancun and the food was just average, the food here was consistent and amazing, even the buffet! The pool bars were always lively but you never had to wait too long for a drink, Mike at the main pool was amazing and always had a smile on his face even when dealing with a few drunk rude people. I would absolutely stay here again!

This is my first trip to Mexico I spent a beautiful week. this is the first time I stayed at the Riu Latino, and it was excellent. The resort is beautiful the rooms are clean, and spacious I enjoyed the Food the Buffet had a great selection of different foods, The pools were clean, and the Ocean was absolutely beautiful. I also enjoyed all of the Night time Entertainment my favorite shows all of the them. The staff are always, so kind very friendly. I will definitely be recommending this RIU location to my Friends. I enjoyed my stay and Will be returning in the future.

I love how the room is very clean. Staff were very sweet and very fun shout out to Elizabeth and elissio (I might have misspelled his name). But the two bartenders were the best and they made my birthday special. I also loved how the front desk sent me a birthday note with a bottle of tequila. That was very nice and I appreciate the acknowledgment. I will definitely stay here again:)))
