Hotel needs some remodeling. Sheets and towels stained or with holes. It is in a convenient location near Myeongdong. Has a laundry room but with only 1 washer and 1 dryer, very inconvenient. Room is small but is considered more spacious than some other. Hotel is 5 mins walk to Myeongdong station Exit 10\. However, there is no elevator at the exit, hence got to carry the luggages up to the ground level. Other than that, it is close to the main shopping area. Separate toilet and standing bathroom, do not expect a big size. 2 big 28” luggage’s will be very tight constraint. Nice view on 21st floor where our breakfast is. Jun was incredibly assertive in making sure my items I needed refridgerated which was lei's from Hawaii stayed cool and I can't compliment enough how nice each person at the front desk were. The room was very clean and hotel was extremely quite. Perfect place to stay in Myeondong if you want to shop and get around. Will definitely book this hotel again.
