Best dog friendly hotel in Sydney! The foyer is beautiful, the staff friendly, the room was lovely and clean and spacious, they have treats for pups and a dog bed and bowls, and great room service, and the bed was super comfy… will not be staying any place else when I go to Sydney!
All the staff were really helpful and friendly. The room was large and comfortable. The cocktail hour from 5 to 6 was a great idea and a nice way to meet other residents.
Nice room, nice lobby, good location for walking the city. Staff was very inexperienced though and couldn’t answer many questions we asked such as “ where is the cruise ship terminal”? Poor restaurant recommendations, poor breakfast oatmeal. You need a concierge to help tourists because your front desk can’t do it.
The hotel was a beautifully restored Art Deco public building, and now has a respectful nod to both the past but also the future, for functionality. High ceilings throughout, spacious corridors that continue into the rooms. Wonderful staff and excellent service and food available at the restaurant too!
An absolutely incredible hotel in the heart of Sydney’s CBD. Well connected to all the city has to offer. Beautifully decorated with stunning clean rooms. The highlight for me was the staff- they were all amazing. Housekeeping, the bars, reception etc. all incredibly helpful. Cannot sing their praises enough.
Perfect location for exploring Sydney. A bit away from the noise but close enough to go anywhere. Full access to public transport and plenty of food options.
