Our stay at the Ritz-Carlton Koh Samui was absolutely exceptional. The resort is stunning, with breathtaking ocean views, beautifully maintained grounds, and luxurious accommodations. Every staff member was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The food was delicious, the amenities were top-notch, and the peaceful atmosphere made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. Every detail reflected outstanding service and hospitality. We left with unforgettable memories and can't wait to return. Highly recommend this beautiful resort to anyone visiting Koh Samui!

The breakfast offering was exceptional - an extensive spread covering everything you could imagine, from Malaysian and Indian dishes to European, Japanese, and continental options. The staff were consistently attentive and genuinely friendly, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Our suite was spacious and very comfortable, and the views, along with the beautifully maintained grounds, were simply stunning. One thing to note is that the resort is very expansive, so getting around typically involves using buggies, which you need to request via reception.

Wonderful stay. Staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. I would stay here again. Peaceful relaxing resort with beautiful views. Beach is small and the sea is rocky but that’s not a negative comment, just factual. Pool area is lovely - didn’t feel crowded and always loungers and umbrellas available. The hotel has a shuttle bus into Chaweng a few times a day, which was great as made going in very straightforward and convenient. The hotel is a little further out of the hustle and bustle which was nice to retreat back to. Wonderful- recommended hotel. Really enjoyed the stay.

We were disappointed overall, and do not feel this property lived up to the Ritz Carlton brand. It is a large property, well maintained, with spacious rooms, but we didn’t feel there was anything unique in the style of the buildings…..it didn’t feel like an authentic Thai experience. The lobby and restaurants are not air conditioned, and it was hot with lots of mosquitoes. The breakfast buffet was great, but our dinners were mediocre and we had to fight the bugs and could not enjoy our meals. We will not return.

Excellent, would give it 10 stars if possible. Food was great. Staff was very friendly. Excellent location beachfront room is beautiful. Breakfast buffet was exceptional. Lucky the staff member who showed us around was awesome. Will surely come again. Rooms are beautiful. Well equipped healing with mosquito repellent. We went for a short trip to koh samui and they kept our luggage for three days so that we could travel light. Thank you for your hospitality.
