This was a perfect couples oasis. The hotel is within walking distance to all the major restaurants and attractions. The Continental breakfast was a perfect way to start the day. The staff was extremely friendly. Having access to the pools 24/7 was great since it was hot.

Superb little hotel in a great location, with fab rooms and great service. We were fortunate to ate to receive an upgrade to a room with an upstairs terrace area. The pool below was great and a real sun trap. The gardens are so well maintained with lovely planted walkways. Breakfast was great and tasty. Highly recommend a stay here and close to everything but still quiet and relaxing .

The rooms were extremely nice , but mine was at the top of a very long flight of stairs. Just steps from Duval street.It is in the perfect location. Staff is extremely nice and very helpful. Pool area could use some TLC, but still a relief on a hot day. Very convenient to wake up and have coffee and breakfast by the pool.

We loved this place! On of the most charming cottages we have ever stayed at. Very nice pool and beautiful grounds. Within walking distance of great restaurants, shopping and historical sites. Rooms were very pretty and comfortable with one exception. We like sleeping in dark rooms and outside lights left the room a little light if this bothers you. Blackout shades or curtains are the only thing I would change but we were still very happy with our stay

Without question a classic, convenient and beautiful Key West inn. The rooms were spacious, modern and tastefully decorated. Many small pools throughout the property with lush grounds. Nice breakfast served by such caring staff. Since my stay was in the summer, rates were unbelievably low which was the reason I booked Key West. If the price were right other times of the year I’d be back without question.

Very friendly staff. Convenient location to all the sites without the noise. Note that some rooms are on the top floor of the mansion and as far as we could tell there is no elevator. Breakfast is varied but there are no hot items.

Simonton Historical Inn was everything we expect of a Key West B & B. Beautiful lush landscape and gardens, historically significant buildings (think 1880's). The wood floor of our room had a noticeable slant to the left ( to be expected of a historical building and charming.). The staff could not have been friendlier and they were very helpful with every question answered. The room was quaint and clean, a bit of mold in the shower but we were there in August and the humidity of the sub-tropics is brutal. Bed was comfortable but the bedding could use an update. Continental breakfast was very good. Overall we liked the accommodations and would return.

This place is a gem! This place is beautiful! They treat you as their personal guest, even a hand written welcome card. The staff, rooms, service from employees there was the best and better than any hotel. Kudos to Violet and the the front desk Gentleman and Karmala. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
