Absolutely loved our stay at Hotel L'Esplanade! The hotel was very charming, clean and the staff were extremely helpful and sweet. It has amazing views of Grand Case beach and very walkable to the shops and restaurant row. It was nice to have a kitchen so we didn't have to eat out for every meal and balcony was a perfect spot to sip wine or bourbon (or rhum) in the evenings while watching the boats and waves. The pool area was very relaxing and the bar tenders, Frank & Francesca, ensured the drinks stayed poured and cold. We indulged in a couples massage which was excellent. So, if you are looking for a wonderful & charming hotel, quiet and within walking distance of Grand Case, this is your spot.

Great room with a beautiful room! Complimentary breakfast bar was lovely. Massages were wonderful. Pool was a nice place to hang and the staff there was also great (shout out to Frank and Francesca!). Quick walk down the path to restaurant row and if you're too beat to walk back up you can arrange a shuttle in the evening, which we definitely took advantage of towards the end of our trip. Overall A+.

We loved our stay at Hotel L’Esplanade while visiting Saint Martin. It is perfectly located in Grand Case and the property is beautiful. Our room was spacious and equipped with a king bed, bathroom, full kitchen, dining table, and private balcony. The amenities at the hotel are wonderful—from complimentary daily breakfast, yoga classes, Ti Spa, a lovely pool, beach access through their sister property (Le Petit Hotel), and a nightly shuttle to restaurant row, L’Esplanade has got it all. The staff and service were extremely attentive, helpful, and provided the best hospitality. We are already looking forward to returning to Saint Martin and Hotel L’Esplanade!

Visually it’s one of the most beautiful hotel location I’ve travel. It’s located in a wonderfully in the French side of the island. I’m a little physically challenged but I wanted to check it out. Yes it was somewhat steep . I did ok. It was worth it but I don’t think I would recommend to someone who has knee or back problems. I was also challenged by the mosquitos in the room. Overall nice hotel.

We can’t say enough good things about L’Esplanade - we will continue to stay here every time we visit SXM. The property is simply stunning, with each room getting a front row seat to the best sunset in SXM. We especially love how convenient the walking path is to downtown for amazing restaurants (the best food in the Caribbean is in Grand Case) and easy access to the gorgeous beach. If you’re coming to SXM, stay here - you will not regret it!

This was mine and my husbands second time to St Martin but first time at L’Esplanade. The property is beautiful with gorgeous views of the ocean. We loved that it was walkable to the amazing restaurants in grand case. A shuttle is also offered if you do not wish to walk. We also loved that we could pick up our breakfast in the morning and enjoy it on our own on our balcony. Yoga classes were included and also excellent. Will definitely stay here again when we return!
