I stayed 3 nights. Bathroom floor was dirty when I got there. The shower had a black ring of mold around it. Room was not cleaned or maintained during my stay. Front desk staff was friendly. Parking lot was not well lit.

The front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. While the property seemed clean enough, it was poorly maintained. It looked shabby in a lot of ways. The bed was the hardest I have ever tried to sleep on, and the window curtains allowed too much light into the room. Also, breakfast was supposed to be available at 6AM. I had to get an early start, so I was hoping to grab a cup of coffee on my way out. When I came down at 6:15, there still wasn't any coffee, so I had to stop somewhere and get some on the road. That was disappointing.

Just got home from my stay at Fairfield. I loved my stay Will and Anthony and lady behind counter deserve a 10. The service was so friendly. Room was clean, heated pool and hot breakfast. I will stay there every time I visit family in Hattiesburg.

Beds need replacing. Tub needed reglazing. Walls are pretty thin. Tv had several blown pixels where you just have a bright light, not the pix. Didn’t use the pool but it didn’t look clean. I can and will say that the people were wonderful. They were so friendly and helpful.
