The rooms are cleaned and very spacious. Staff are friendly. I did not get a chance to eat at the restaurant inside of the hotel, but I will on my stay.

We had a great experience although the poor bar was short staffed. We went before and after an event, both times it was packed, and the bar was full. It probably had about 80-109 people with two servers and one bartender. I would suggest additional staff be on the schedule for dates with event.

We stayed recently on a Sunday night and Monday night. Several restaurants in the area were closed. Had breakfast once in the hotel restaurant. Excellently prepared and served. It is a beautiful hotel!

For the price, I was expecting something on the lines of the Peabody, but Cotton House was nowhere close to the Peabody's quality. The room was spacious and fairly clean; some dust areas were probably left because of the rush between check-out and early check-ins. The Keurig was dusty where the pod was supposed to go. The weather turned cool, but I could not shut off the air conditioner or raise the temperature enough for it to cycle on and off. Lunch of grilled cheese and tomato bisque was adequate, but breakfast of toast and coffee did not meet my expectations. The coffee was weak, and the restaurant had only flavored Coffee Mate.

It smells wonderful. The lobby is beautiful with a cute yummy restaurant. It is right across the street from all the cute shops in Downtown. The rooms could use a little love. Touch ups on scratched walls. Lightbulbs missing. Overall. We would stay again.

Had a roof top bar and in a good location. Just need to work on the cleaning a little bit more in the showers other than rinsing hair off the walls it was a good stay. Will more than likely use again.

I was kind of disappointed after staying here in the past. There was no hot water in the room. Air conditioning was not keeping the room good and cool but the rest of the hotel felt really comfortable. Yes it was hot so I didn’t let either of those bother me too much. The shower did have issues with the door so I would think that with this level of hotel it should have many of this addressed with maintenance. All in all the hotel is a great place and might have had that one room that wasn’t as top notch as I remember. Would definitely go back and stay there again though.
