About this property

Baja Sardinia, Costa Smeralda. Villa a stone's throw from the sea.

  • The villa is located within the "Palma Village" a few meters from the beach of Cala Bitta. Within the village and a few steps from the house we find the newly renovated pool and tennis court.

    On the ground floor we find the new and equipped kitchen and the living area, outside the garden with the relaxation area and the barbecue.

    On the basement floor there are 2 bedrooms (2 single beds per room) with 2 bathrooms,:

    On the first floor there is a double bedroom with a small balcony.

    In all rooms there is A / C or ceiling fan.
