Convenient location. Stayed here during our Salem trip. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself is a little dated and housekeeping is only done once a week, our room was not cleaned during our 3 night stay but we just asked the front desk for fresh towels. No breakfast provided. I would stay here again hopefully for a cheaper price.
The place was very nice and staff incredibly helpful. The suite was very nice and comfortable. One suggestion is there should be more cutlery and coffee cups to accommodate the extra guest. Other than that very nice suite and convenient. Finally, near shops, supermarkets and restaurants.
The staff was nice. Overall, it was clean and the air conditioner worked well. There were people slamming doors and 1 a.m. and made it difficult to sleep, but that wasn’t the property’s fault.

Liked: Staff & service, amenities
Quiet, convenient location. A little further out of the way than I’d have hoped but still convenient enough. Staff was kind and helpful upon check in. Room wasn’t up to my standard of clean - old dirty sock from previous occupant found in closet, food crusted on to some drink ware, shower products not filled prior to arrival. The beds were ok.
Room was clean, staff is friendly. Finding parking each night wasn’t a hassle, stayed in a single studio. Had a stove, microwave, full sized fridge and a dishwasher. Was perfect size! Super close to downtown Salem too!
When got to our room there was no coffee pot or bath towels. The staff gave us some immediately. When I got in the shower there was no body wash in the dispenser. The smoke alarm was functional, but was hanging by the wires. The toilet seat was dirty. Staff was nice, but the room was very disappointing.
Plenty of well lit parking.
Asia was very helpful, patient, efficient and kind and pleasant.
The room was spotless, spacious, and quiet.

Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: Staff & service
The staff was watching shows and looking on their phone instead of checking us in and it was very awkward, she was showing us different things on her phone and we were tired from the road trip and just wanted to rest. Other than that, its a decent sized apartment-like room, nice kitchen but the over looked broken, bed was nice and spacious
The room was so clean, free washer and dryer right across from my room, very quiet!!! Staff was awesome definitely 5 stars to me!! Thanks for making my stay warm and welcoming!!!!
I was amazed at how nice the staff was especially Asia who works checking people in! She was so sweet and willing to do whatever she can to help. The rooms were so clean and very quiet as well. This is my new go to hotel, when I need one!! Thanks to all the staff who were friendly and helpful.
