I love Embassy Suites! Every time I stay at one of these hotels it is always great! I took my husband and kids to this one and the room was perfect for a family! It was clean, not cramped, and larger bathroom. They loved the complimentary breakfast (top notch) and my family loved the omlet bar most of all. The pool was exactly what we needed too and was a great perk with an art deco/prairie style. We arrived very late, but they were so kind to give us a complimentary late check out. Thank you for everything ES! We were very happy with our stay.

The room was very clean and comfortable!!! The staff was very friendly and helpful and they were always making sure the hotel was clean! The bar staff were very friendly and Jeremiah was the best as he visited with us for quite a while 👍👍 I highly recommend this Embassy Suites and recommend that you use Expedia to book your stay!!!!

We like the breakfast and cocktail hour. We enjoy sitting on property and relaxing. Unfortunately, the hotel is showing its age. Carpets are “unglued”, wrinkled in the hallways (causing a trip hazard), the chairs and sofa in the rooms are worn - no spring or foam left in the cushions. During our stay- the conditioner and shampoo bottles were empty, no extra TP, arm was broken off desk chair. Unfortunately, at no fault of the hotel - there were groups of unsupervised kids - cheerleading camp, hockey team, birthday parties… it was loud and hectic. Where I blame the hotel - they never said a word. Saturday evening, we saw the security guard- but he also said nothing. In the evening, it was difficult to get an elevator as the kids were playing on them. Again, unsupervised - NO parents in sight. We stay here several times a year - this was the worst. Maybe I will try downtown Embassy.
