Beautiful tranquil hotel set 10 minute walk from downtown TULUM on the main road. Parking outside although not many spaces we didn’t struggle to park. Hotel reception felt relaxed and bohemian with swings and hammocks leading to the pool and surrounding gardens. Room was downstairs with a patio and hot tub (which we didn’t need). Secluded space but a little shady and seats were made of concrete, I would opt for an upstairs room with patio next time. Pool was lovely with plenty of sun beds although the pool area didn’t seem to get much sun and the sunbeds were therefore damp in the morning and not very inviting. There is an on-site restaurant which looked nice but we didn’t eat. They offer breakfast but check it’s open as it was closed the day we stayed. It felt like a little hub in the middle of Valladolid. The staff was so friendly (lovely Fernando attended to our breakfast orders every morning), the food was great (best guacamole I’ve ever tasted), and we felt very safe. The pool is a little bit small, but it fits the size of the hotel. Very small property, not much to offer. Don’t let you fool by the photos, pool is basically a jacuzzi, the breakfast is very limited (all meat and poultry is charged extra.
