Very convenient location especially when the airport limousine is right there. It is close to the hussle and bustle of the Shinjuku restaurants and stores yet not as crowded but the restaurants downstairs are also great. The staff is very helpful. I stayed here with my geriatric parents. The location was good and quiet for Shinjuku area. The staff were helpful. The room was spacious and felt open because of the huge windows that even with 3 beds, 3 adults and multiple luggages we don’t feel cramped. I def recommend this hotel and will stay here again.

Keio Plaza Hotel was a lovely stay. Our room was incredibly spacious, it was a lovely surprise. The onsite coin laundry facilities were very helpful, alongside the 7/11 in the building. A short walk from Shinjuku station and associated network of transport. Staff were very lovely. We didn't utilise the breakfast buffet but will note the queues for the restaurants were incredibly long when we walked past so do factor that into your morning routine.
