Great experience! I stayed in a one-bedroom condo, and it was very spacious. The room is a little bit older, but it was very clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Expedia lists internet/Wi-Fi as requiring a daily fee, but that information is incorrect—the Wi-Fi is free. I would definitely stay here again!

Had an amazing view of the marina from our balcony room. We were able to easily walk to our excursion at the marina from the hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful and made us feel special for our 5 year anniversary. They treated us with wine, cookies, and a card. Both restaurants we ate from on property were so yummy! Our room and the lobby were nice and clean. Pool area (still usable), gym, and retail shops were under construction, but it'll be very nice once complete!

This hotel is amazing and the customer service is beyond amazing. We had a problem with getting into our room bc the room key wouldn't work twice so the guy at the front desk Nester gave us a upgrade for the trouble. Such a nice and safe hotel. We will be back to stay again.

Our stay was overall excellent! The rooms were nice. They can use some remodeling. The hot tub was not available due to remodeling. We weren’t far from different places we chose to visit. I really appreciate Lisa at the front desk and Nestor the assistant manager. They truly went above and beyond to make this experience special for our dad’s birthday weekend. Our 1st family trip without my mother (RIP). They genuinely were friendly, kind, professional, and always had a welcoming smile. Everytime we passed the desk they inquired about our stay and provided prompt services. Thank you Nestor and Lisa! My dad was truly happy which made us happy!

It was currently under construction so kind of hard to find some things but otherwise in good shape. We loved our room and so did the kids. The ground in between the pool and the hot tubs was on FIRE so please wear footwear.

**A Wonderful Stay Thanks to an Amazing Team! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐** Our stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Biscayne Bay was absolutely wonderful, but what truly made it special was the incredible hospitality of the staff, especially the manager, Nestor. What an amazing human being! He was attentive, genuinely kind, and went above and beyond to make sure my family felt comfortable and happy. What impressed me most was when my daughter's friends came to meet us at the hotel. Rather than giving us the disapproving looks you might expect, Nestor greeted everyone with a beautiful smile, a warm welcome, and even offered his assistance. That level of kindness and hospitality is rare! A special thank you to Alvaro, the bellman, who helped us with all our luggage, and trust me, being a group of girls, we had A LOT! He was so helpful and patient. Even the valet staff deserve recognition, as they always greeted us with warm smiles and welcoming attitudes. Our upgraded room was beautiful, incredibly spacious, and had a lovely view. Everything about our stay was fantastic, but it was the people who truly made the difference. Thank you, Nestor, Alvaro, and the entire DoubleTree Biscayne Bay team! Your kindness and exceptional hospitality made our stay memorable. You are all wonderful representatives of the Hilton family,

This is a great hotel to stay at if you're planning on taking a cruise. The shops at the bottom of the building are cool, in fact there is an Asian restaurant that was SO DELICIOUS. The room was clean, wasn't in perfect condition though. But the TV had a cool streaming service option and decent free wifi. Would recommend my fellow cruisers to stay here!
