Our stay was amazing at Sobe Lux! Everything we needed we had and if we needed anything, the staff communication was excellent. They responded in a timely manner with all of our needs. The rooms were big and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all of the cookware and appliances! This was the perfect room for our stay! I would definitely stay here again. This place was amazing and in the perfect location.

Location was great, space was good. Photos about kitchen didn’t match. No toaster, no water cooker, only 2 huge pans (we are a couple), cutlery only 2 knives, forks, spoons, very meager. Had to wash everything after a meal (couldn’t use dishwasher). Only had 2 shower towels for 8 nights, no beach towels (were advertised). Owner/ Staff did however respond quickly to request and brought toaster, water cooker and 2 small pans.

A true gem in the heart of South Beach. Very clean, comfortable and centrally located to grocery shopping, coffee shop, restaurants and around 15 min walk to the beach. Very reasonably priced and excellent communication before, during and after my stay.

Hotel Property Review: This property is an average, budget-friendly option, ideal for couples or small groups of up to three people. While it offers average amenities, the value for the price makes it a great deal for travelers looking to save without sacrificing comfort.

Spacious apartment in a quiet area. Pretty central, bright, clean and independent. The only problem can be restricted parking zone. The towing companies react swiftly and charge (cash only!) heavily. Super friendly staff informs about all the important issues in a message, so you will know all the threats ahead.

Very clean property. Amazing area. But, horrible lighting, the outlets in the bathroom don’t work, and there’s only one mirror in the living room and a regular mirror in the bathroom. So, basically it’s a nightmare for getting dressed, doing make up & going out.

This property isn’t as advertised in terms of furniture and decor. Actually, you’re basically getting an apartment that presents like a college dorm. The pictures on their site don’t portray an accurate description. However, the property is in a great location as you can walk to the majority of restaurants and attractions in North Miami. South Beach is also less than 1 mile away.

Atrocious bathroom linen.

The location was great and walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The area was quiet. Received a parking ticket as off street parking meter ran out. The place needs fresh paint and NEW towels. The towels were atrocious. Hard to believe that management would allow the towels to be torn, stained and paper thin. Overall, we would stay again for the convenience and rate, but definitely only if the above corrections were made.

Upstairs ruined our experience

The actual place & location was not too bad but be aware that you have to look for parking elsewhere. The first night we were kept up by the EXTREMELY noisy people upstairs. It sounded like they were fighting & slamming themselves onto the ground multiple times until 4am . I let the host know & he said he would talk to them. The next night it was quiet but our 3rd night they played a screaming recording on full blast until about 7am. That’s just unacceptable, we had a long drive ahead of us & didn’t get a good night sleep because of this unfixed issue.

I enjoyed my stay at Sobe Lux. The place was clean, and the housekeeper was very friendly. We had a parking issue at the beginning, but it was resolved quickly, and we were accommodated appropriately. I appreciated the prompt attention, which made my stay much better. We will definitely be back in December for sure to spend nine days. Thank you to the staff very much.
