Took over 7ins to get a burger and fries. When we finally got our food, fries were cold and hard. Clearly old. Not good enough for a $43 meal. Tried sliders in the hotel bar. Asked for well done. One order was served medium and the other order medium rate. Again took ages to get our good. Considering you are forced to tip 20% no matter how poor the service, it’s unacceptable from a hotel that’s at this price point. It has the cost of a high end hotel without the service or amenities. Very disappointing stay.
