The rooms are great for a trip to Japan!! The restaurants are good! Good prices good food. The Lawson on the inside was handy too. The only down side is it’s far from central Tokyo
Great stay in Tokyo, best property we stayed at while in Japan for 14 days.
Good size room and the hotel has many eateries and convenience stores, along with a family friendly swimming pool.
Also, close to public transit and bus service to Narita.
We will definitely stay here again.

I was attending an exhibition around the hotel. The hotel provdes great access to the conference site. The hotel itself offered a list of several restaurants for lunch and dinner. But there are even more restaurants and shopping malls around the hotel. Also the train station was within 5 to 10 min walking distance.
The place was bigger than expected. There are multiple restaurants inside the hotel. The multiple spas were very nice.Staff was friendly and the Lawson inside was very convenient.
Will definitely consider staying here again in the future if I make another trip out this way to Japan, the staff did a great job and the property was too notch. The breakfast staff especially we’re really great and I appreciated the selection and good food.
The room was good, pretty much as expected, however I couldn't get much sleep due to how noisy It was in the hallway with people coming and going. I am aware the night I stayed was going to be busy, but I least expect a hotel in that area to have doors that don't leak sound from the hallways.
At the end I only got 1 hour worth of sleep the reason for the 2 stars, but the rest of the room was fine, staff was helpful at check in.
Really nice property and love that they have free shuttle service to the train station and the limo bus goes right there. Easy check in and out. There was a false fire alarm and they efficiently and promptly figured it out. Loved the size of my room, the 24 hour convenience store and the easy walking access to shopping plazas. Everyday they leave fresh towels and amenities on your door. Only complaint is about how air conditioning and lights turn off when you take door card. I'm
I was there in summer so it could be toasty, but I totally get it so I'm not really that upset.
It was what I was expecting it to be. It feels like a five star restaurant except cheap. There are many food options to choose from including the buffet breakfast, the famous APA curry, pizza, and cheap food items in the Lawson in the hotel which is convenient. The room has very comfortable features and everything you need to get ready for the day.
There are several hot springs available in the resort until 2am. Restaurants and convenience stores inside the resort are still open in late night. It is very convenient. I stayed one night on Monday. The room was big with a seaview, yet the room rate was low, only HK$400 a night. There is no free parking provided, yet a discounted rate (JPY 1,000 for overnight till next noon) is offered for hotel guests in the parking lot right next to the hotel. It is a good deal!
The room was spacious new and clean had a beautiful view of the bay. Breakfast was fresh. The only complaint was there was couple of minutes of elevator wait it seems everyday. Enjoyed the hot tub, available towels and hair products. There was a small grocery store, and bar in the building and nearby restaurants. The trains was not to far and available taxi outside.
We enjoyed the hotel and resort. We came to watch a baseball game and the location was very convenient. We stored our luggage before check-in and after check out providing us time to explore the area.
We were surprised that the shops were only open from the afternoon.
Tattoos are not allowed in the public bath, unless you have a smaller one and cover it with a seal, available at the front.
The staff were kind and helpful with ok knowledge of the area. They were unaware of the Monday closure of the nearby garden they recommended we visit.
It is too bad there is no where we could enjoy the sunset on the bay without going to a restaurant.
We found the Asian Sagar restaurant overpriced and not very good, don’t go!
We enjoyed breakfast included and lunch at momo restaurant.
we will definitely visit again, thank you.
the hotel is good i"ve been stayed here several times with friends
i always book with two rooms
but always have to change the room to be near after the check in ang makes some times to change the,i wish that when you booked a two rooms they can reserved a neighbor room
The place is amazing. Very clean place. Rooms are small but beds are very comfortable. The only thing I would say is the food at the hotel restaurants is very expensive.
