Truly a fantastic experience! The best hotel we had ever stayed at. Will be coming again. Pros: 1. The property is beautiful with so much greenery. It feels very peaceful and never felt crowded. 2. The hotel rooms were impressive with large windows. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower felt luxurious. 3 The service is outstanding too. The staff were kind and helpful. Cons: 1. This hotel is a gem, close to everything in Cancun but tucked away in a very secluded and amazing private bay. The food is amazing, the rooms are incredible, service, five star facilities, everything is incredible and five star quality

The room was amazing, the staff did an excellent job at making us feel welcomed and part of the family. There were personal touches that made the stay feel like paradise and an experience we'll never forget. Luis and Hector are amazingly good at making guest feel comfortable and help with getting acclimated with the resort. We had a wonderful stay and plan to revist when we can.

Nizuc Resort and Spa was a truly luxurious experience food. The suites were beautiful. Service from staff was excellent. There was paddle-boarding, kayaking, and snorkeling that was included for free. Everything was very clean. I would definitely return for another getaway

The spa was very relaxing and personal. I think we both looked 10 years younger after our spa and facia treatment. The staff, I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Staff. But one person in particular. Hector was amazing! If anybody gets the meet Hector at the Havana lounge, you will not be disappointed! The live music at the Havana was also perfect!
