The hotel is very modern with fantastic service and great rooms. The location cannot be best...close to the national palace and many museums. Along with the superb breakfast buffet and roof top bar and sight seeing...it's my favorite place in Madrid to stay by far.

We loved our stay at Riu. Easy access to the 360 roof bar alone made it worth it. And the breakfast selection is huge and super convenient. The staff were all so accommodating. The lobby is kind of chaotic because of the popularity of the roof bar, but once you get used to how the elevators work, it's fine.
