I had a great stay! The resort is clean, safe, and comfortable. The staff are always smiling and quick to help with any questions or issues. The food was average but fine, and the beach vendors are polite — just say no if you’re not interested. Overall, a pleasant and relaxing experience. I’d definitely come back again!

The supposedly newly renovated room had mold everywhere (bathroom, walls, curtains covered), the food was average, the pool was a good time except when towels were not available, some very great staff, but others were just plain miserable, and no one spoke English.

The Hotel installations are very good and nice. The Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is very comfortable. Ricardo Sanchez was very helpful and friendly, and always checked if we needed something. The bad thing is the availability of the hotel to have drinks available, Open bars, and tower availability. The room is really nice, the thermostat wasn’t working at first but the guest service fixed straight away. The service in the restaurant could be happier. The staff at the pool could be more joyful. The property is very nice and the pool. The room is clean & housekeeping clean the room very well. More option at the buffets would be great for more variety every night

The size of the property was well laid out and the facilities such as dining, swimming pool and the beach easily accommodated guests. The room could do with some thorough cleaning. The restaurants were well decorated and the food was very good. Most of the staff were very pleasant and bilingual, which was convenient.
