I could give this hotel 10 stars!! They went above and beyond!!! All the staff were SUPER FRIENDLY! The Valet guys were awesome. Everyone remembered our names. The room was amazing!! We also did a 90 minute couples massage which was phenomenal! We will definitely be back!!

Our family had a wonderful stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, the resort is beautiful, and our room was spacious and comfortable. The food at the restaurant was excellent—we enjoyed every meal. My son especially loved riding the pony, which was a highlight of the trip for him. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and will definitely recommend this resort to our friends and family. We look forward to coming back again! By Mr. GUO.

The room was clean and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed, quiet atmosphere, and a pleasant view. Anil was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. There was some slight confusion with our reservation and he made it his goal to not only make sure we were satisfied, but treated us like royalty.
