The hotel was in the middle of construction which is why the clean is only 3 stars. There was dust everywhere. But hotel was great. Staff were amazing and helpful.

Property was currently still under remodel. However, I got a brand new room and it was full of roaches, and I had an awful smell in the hallway, and even in the room. I was a immediately able to cancel and tell them I wanted a different room. There was no fighting at all. The staff was kind and fantastic. Now. I'm just waiting on expedia to return the refund

It appears this property is under renovation, and that is why I gave it only a good. I believe once they are done it will look great! My only complaint is, they did not have a hairdryer in the room and I was unaware of it until the next morning. I had to sign it out at the front desk, with a towel wrapped around my head. That’s pretty inconvenient. Otherwise it was a great location and stay for me.

It was an amazing stay overall. The room was clean, and the cleaning staff was very attentive. However, the front desk staff could be more knowledgeable, and the hotel is currently undergoing renovations, which can be a little inconvenient. One thing to note is that housekeeping only comes every two weeks unless you contact the front desk and receive approval for an earlier cleaning. Despite these minor issues, I enjoyed my stay and appreciated how clean and well-maintained the room was.

I was only here for one night but the Simply Suites would be great for longer stays! I liked the full kitchen and they have small appliances you can check out at the desk. Also, they had laundry facilities on site. Very comfortable bed and sofa bed. Very clean. Great location with lots of restaurants. Easy access to and from TPA airport.
