We had a great time. The resort is very nice and clean. The staff is great they would check on us at least twice a day and asked if we needed anything. The only thing that could be better is the food at the steakhouse Bocados and the Mexican restaurant Blanca Blue. Other than we had a great experience and would definitely return!

We had a wonderful stay at this resort from October 16th to the 20th! The resort was absolutely beautiful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was very good. The pool area was amazing and definitely one of our favorite parts of the stay! The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive, which made our experience even better. A special thank you to Omar, Chef Ismael, Abraham, and Armando, who were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Their kindness, hospitality, and excellent service truly stood out and made our vacation even more special! We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

We had a wonderful experience at Garza Blanca Resort & Spa Cancun. The property is beautiful, modern, and very well-maintained, but what truly elevated our stay was the caliber of service. ​A special shoutout goes to Leo at Blanca Blue! He provided outstanding service during our meal—attentive, warm, and exceptionally knowledgeable about the menu and recommendations. His hospitality made our dining experience one of the highlights of the trip. The overall ambiance, delicious food, and friendly staff made our vacation memorable. We would gladly recommend Garza Blanca to anyone visiting Cancun and look forward to returning!

We had a wonderful stay here with 2 toddlers. Food was great and the pool was nice and warm so the kids enjoyed swimming in the pool a lot. It was a shame that the beach was super seeweedy but the sand was very soft.

This was my second visit to Garza Blanca. This time I took my 7yo daughter. This hotel is super kid friendly which is a plus plus. She loved the kids club and that gave me and my boyfriend time to visit the adults only section. I love coming to GB especially for the food. It’s absolutely delicious variety of different things to eat and presented beautifully. There is honestly nothing I would complain about this property. Everything is pristine. We will be going back to try their Puerto Vallarta property. Thank you Garza Blanca for a memorable family vacation!!

We had a very pleasent stay on this property in the short time we were there. Service was solid, most food was good especially at Blanca Blue. Rooms were very nice and spacious. Our family is loyal to Velas resorts, but this is fairly comparable. We will be trying Garza Blanca again in the future but more likely in Cabo or Puerto Vallarta as it's closer to home.
