The hotel has a good location. They should offer shuttle service as the taxi rates are all over the place and I found them very expensive. There is no uber service in Bahamas and this would greatly add value to the stay.

The staff were nice and the food is actually good. I like the separation of children and adult pool areas. Its close to the beach and downtown activities. The room could use some TLC It would be nice to be told of activities or amenities available or offered. For the volume of people that come through this hotel more staff is needed at the bar to service people efficiently. Expect long wait periods.

This hotel has a great central location, making it easy to get around. From the security guards to the front desk team, every staff member was welcoming and genuinely helpful. I want to give a special shout-out to Josiane, who took such thoughtful care of our room and bathroom.
