We love the Bali beds and the service of the staff. Had an incredible experience at the hydrotherapy spa and great food at many restaurants. I would definitely go back.
Swim up room was lovely, beach was beautiful- with snorkeling right off the main beach. Nice food options, great service. A fun resort during daytime, and quiet and romantic in the evening! Resort was a little dated, the pool could use some maintenance, but otherwise was a great stay. Will return!
Although I received A++ service from the staff I was a little saddened from all the renovations. There would have been a disclaimer about the renovations but the staff like Jerry, Barbara, Moises, Carlos @ Hibachi, Angel and Luz @Blue Fish were all excellent people. Also Ingrid was extremely helpful planning my 15 year anniversary. I would definitely comeback when the renovation are all done. My room was upgraded and also my private dinner on the beach was also upgraded. The scenery was magnificent. The food at the Blue Fish was to die for. Gohan and the Hibachi are a must! The food there was delicious.
Staff and resort was amazing! My room was beautiful!!! Highlights- pools are gorgeous! People are friendly, we had a great vacation!
Food was good, not amazing but, good. Burgers on the beach, nachos, and hibachi were favorites. Breakfast buffet or sit down restaurant at Dreams.... my pick is steak and eggs from Bluewater Cafe, we tried both! Million dollar views from everywhere! There is some construction going on but, it didn't bother us. Definitely worth the money! We will be back!
This is not really an “adult only resort”. You can see kids playing into the resort. This is because this resort share installation with a family resort Dreams just a few feet away. Also it is a friendly pets place. Never mentioned on the advertisement.
The food is not bad very it’s not worth the money you pay for all inclusive.
They don’t have a place for night shows or to go for dancing, there is a bar open just Friday and weekends with no DJ.
Finally, the drinks, all of them are watered.
Terrible hotel. Half the property is being remodeled and so construction everywhere. Staff not friendly like other resorts we have stayed at in the Riviera Maya. We didn't have running water in our room for half a day. Food was below average and the buffet was small and terrible. Would definitely NOT recommend this hotel.
Definitely was not impressed. Would not recommend to anyone. Food was terrible. They were under construction and we had no warning. Was woken up at 6:30 am to workers cutting palm tree outside our window. My husband and I ended up leaving our honeymoon early.

The hotel is old but is right next to the brand new DREAMS which is super modern and nice. The food at all the restruants is AMAZINGLY GREAT. it does not have a/c in all the restaurants, hallways or reception area. The rooms are super cold. The beach is beautiful.
From the time we arrived there were issues. Our first room got flooded after showering. We were moved to another room that didn't have great amenities in the room. Shower was old and chipping the floor would get soaked after every shower. However, the food was delicious and most of the staff were friendly.
We have traveled to this resort for the last 18 years, 4 to 5 times a year. What makes the property so special to our family is the employees. They all go over and above to make sure our stay is outstanding! See you again in October 2026!!! Love from Minnesota

Lovely resort. Excellent for Cozumel. Guests needed to remember that the island is never going to be as luxurious as the mainland. You’re there for the incredible views and clear waters, right? The staff is an absolute delight. Fun and friendly, chill and helpful. I would go back in a heartbeat.
The staff were very nice and helpful. The resort grounds are large with lots of planned activities and other things to do.

The swim up pool was awesome. Its water slide did not have enough water to smoothly go down. The room and shower were nice!
As far as the all-inclusive, most of the restaurants were closed. Food was mediocre. I have been to other all-inclusive resorts on the off season and didn’t experience this. Also, a map or list of activities are usually given on arrival. Not for us. Had to ask for everything. Lastly, I go on vacation to relax, eat, drink, and enjoy the beach and pools, not to be pressured to buy a time share.
Property was beautiful, Room was sufficient, comfortable bed, great shower. Did have little visitors (ants) in the bathroom from time to time.
Food was ok, portions way too small. Ate at the buffet for most meals. Wait staff was great.
Pascal, Francesco and the other staff in the lobby were a 10/10 and deserve a steak dinner and a raise.
Beach was beautiful, no seaweed. Pools were clean, bars were well stocked.
