The staff were very solicitous about our comfort, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel was near the waterfront with a lot of great restaurants. The tram stopped very close to the hotel and offered easy access to every neighborhood in Istanbul. I would definitely stay here again if I returned to Istanbul.

Modern and comfortable hotel close to the tram, Galata tower and Galata port. Staff are very friendly and happy to help with anything they can. The only drawback was the noise each morning from 7-8am coming from the lobby and reception area.

We really enjoyed this Hotel! It was very well situated near Karaköy Station. The rooms looked very nice and the bed was very comfy. The only thing was that there was a bad smell coming out of the shower and as our room had a connection door to another room, it was a bit loud sometimes.

Luxurious artistic decor and super helpful staff in a historic but very modern, well located smaller building. And, it has to be said, a fantastic breakfast buffet and a great restaurant on the top floor. All in all, a great find!

Hotel was a great location and beautiful decor. We got an upgrade to the floor above but the room was still a little small and noisy at night due to the trams and bars nearby. Would stay here again but next time ask for a quieter room if they have one!
