We loved our stay at Hilton Tokyo.
It was the perfect stay for our 7 day trip.
The room was perfect with an awesome view and a soaking tub. Plus the bed was so comfortable and the room was cleaned to perfection daily.
Would recommend to anyone coming to Tokyo!
Rooms were clean and naturally added an extra towel for us. Breakfast buffet was great! Yoshiko was amazing taking care of our orders and remembering our favorite drinks! Beds were comfy. Beautiful view of the city from my room. Nice live music at the bar at night. The singer & pianist were fantastic! I would stay here again.
I am a global traveller and I would like to put an extra ordinary customer service provided by Hilton and Mr Yoshi San from Reception for their support with the solution for the wrong booking date and extend that the team has done for their customer. Truly appreciated.
My room was on the 38 floor and had executive lounge access. Complimentary mini bar was refreshed every 3 days and complimentary water everyday. Room was very big with amazing views. The hotel is located 10 mins walk from the main Shinjuku area or 1 subway stop ( with the station directly accessible from the lobby) . The staff were friendly and conversant in English. My Japanese is very much lacking and this was appreciated. The only query was the indicated availability of the executive lounge in the evening differed a bit from reality although not having to go 37 floors down for breakfast was a huge benefit. The bar prices were excessive and a cover charge for entertainment nights very off putting.A very high standard property well located which I would be very content to stay again
Second stay at the Hilton in Shinjuku. Great property, staff and amenities. Easy walk or short taxi ride to everything. Great breakfast buffet in the Marble Lounge and free drinks in the Executive Lounge with ‘executive’ room.
The property is excellent and very well maintained. The breakfast was very good. The only thing is there wasn’t much variety. If you stay for a week or more (given meetings), you are constantly eating the same food. The food that was there was very well done and hygiene.
My room was spotless every day, I had a great view of Shinjuku, and I had a really good A3 wagyu on the 2nd floor restaurant. I will definitely be back next year!
