Everyone from the staff was super friendly and helpful. Hotel is a boutique hotel, so it is small and gives that warm feeling of “you matter” unlike some other (larger) chains. Beautiful hotel overall. Close to shops, dining, and even the TREVI fountain! Would definitely stay here again.

The property was in pristine condition and very well located. The hospitality team was very attentive, helpful and friendly. The bar team was also great, and we enjoyed a quiet apero the lovely lounge setting.

This property was perfect for our short stay in Rome. It was luxurious, well maintained, the staff were all fabulous…attentive and thoughtful, the location was perfect and the beds very comfortable! We were able to walk to the most popular sights in Rome within about 10 minutes from this location. It was a safe area with shopping and restaurants close by. We would highly recommend this hotel!

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The amenities were top-notch, especially the pool and breakfast buffet. Excellent location for anyone wanting the tourist experience of Rome. Staff immediately available and extremely helpful at all times via WhatsApp -Oliver reached out the day before our arrival to help with hotel transfers, tours, dinners, anything we wanted. The Palazzo Roma Hotel is really a 10 star hotel. Luxury beyond imagination. The staff really seems to care about you as a guest. Gorgeous rooms, fantastic breakfasts, and walkable to all the main sites in historic Rome. Absolutely recommend.

Whenever you cross the entrance the ambiance is spectacular. The eclectic style, the fussion between modernity and ancient Roman architecture is very unique. The service is almost personal, the manager helps you in everything you want, as also They understand various languages. The room was full of refreshments and sweets. We definitely RETURN and highly recommend! By walking 2 minutes you arrive to Fontana di Trevi, 5mn more Piazza España, 15mn more Coliseum, and the best thing is that you can find luxury stores or terrific restaurants, so If you want to avoid booking taxis or renting cars to move by yourself, this is the right place to stay. The only “but”, it’s noisy however you do not feel it inside the hotel!

What a great experience. Rooms were stylish, comfortable beds, Lovely bathrooms, killer bedroom slippers! What made the experience truly special was the GM Oliver. His hands on, bespoke approach to what we wanted to do with 3 nights only in Rome before our next destination made the experience phenomenal! He has an intuitive sense - we had an early train to Naples- brekky box, coffee and taxi were all ready as we checked out. Bravo!

I cannot say enough about our stay at palazzo Roma. The room was great and the service was even better (the manage Oliver and his crew do an unbelievable job at making you feel like you are the only guests at the hotel). The breakfast was amazing and the mini bar is free. Everything was perfect and we will definitely stay there again next time we are in Rome.

Our 3 night stay at the Palazzo Roma was wonderful. It started off with Oliver reaching out through WhatsApp the day before check in to see if we needed transfer from the airport. We were warmly welcomed with a glass of prosecco and shown to our room promptly. One of the staff recommended restaurant options near the hotel and helped us make reservations. The hotel itself was beautiful. It’s in a building from the 17th century. Had a number of salons and rooms to relax in. A la carte breakfast was included and was absolutely scrumptious. Perfectly made cacio e Pepe omelette was the perfect start to a busy day! The afternoon before check out, reception checked on us to see how everything was going, and see if we needed to book a taxi. Staff was always helpful with a bright smile on their face. The location of the hotel is on the main shopping sheet and within walking distance to the main attraction. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.
