the following : no coffee maching in the whole hotel, NO Breakfast available. No telephone the suite had 2 TV, but none worked. no coffee. But room was clean and well layed out., But some walls had spots like spelled coffee or whatever.King bed comfortable. Good towels quality. No apologies, nothing. Seems the staff is grouchy and does not care.I was a hotel consultant, so I am not maming things up. They need to change management. Expedia should be more informed about realities.

ESA at this location is a GREAT value. For longer stay, housing hunting, or job shopping, or even for holidays, I would recommend it. Keep in mind, this is a large city, and this hotel is an extended stay. So, your neighbors in the rooms, might not be the same caliber as those upper middle class folks you live next door to back home. But, the facility has been kept in good shape over the years. I first stayed here over 22 years ago. And, it is remarkably the same as it was then. Rooms are clean. Staff is friendly. Laundry room is nice as well. It’s a no frills, solid value with two room suites, a kitchen and living room area, plus a desk. There is a treadmill and elliptical runner for exercise, coffee each morning, with a breakfast snack provided also. It is very conveniently located near several restaurants and shops too.

Prices but comfortable and safe.

Our stay was good, room half cleaned, tv stand were not dusted and the floor in kitchen area wasn't sweep. Staff were friendly most of them. Yessss! I would recommend it to my friends and family members.
