Hotel room was one of the best we ever had, very clean, spacious and beautiful view. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and they give us a complementary small cake that was delicious. We also used the Gym every morning, very modern machines and very clean. Staff were very nice and friendly. Hotel bar is very nice and there is jazz musicians plus delicious cocktails.

Rosewood is located in a convenient location. I enjoyed the breakfast there, not the food, but the service. The assistant manger, Kinson is very professional and he can remember my changing food preference. I appreciate his professionalism and thank you very much.

Very nice hotel, great room. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. We love the lounge on the 40th floor, and outdoor patio, but the food and refreshments could not be compared with those I had when I last visit earlier this year, a little bit disappointed with the dim sum and hot bar for breakfast. Everything else was good.

Very comfortable stay

The hotel is really luxury, best location, much newer compare to other big brands, I stayed in the corner suite with best view, the room was very spacious, corner suite layout is a little bit lack of efficiency, 2 connecting shower was very impressive, overall was good, very comfortable bed. I would come back again.
