This was my second time at Spa Hotel Imperial. The room was wonderfully maintained. All is perfectly clean and room cleaning ladies do a superb job. Spa offers excellent choices and becher bath is something truly unique. I was able to observe that employees in all areas are kind and take time to help guests. Also, employees at the breakfast restaurant are well trained, kind, pleasant and in one word superb. The Hotel garden is so lovely and provides guests one more area to relax. I love it here and I’ll certainly come again.
