Great location and very cool if that’s your thing. Have to pay for tea bags in the room which is outrageous given the cost of the room.

I personally loved everything about my stay at the ACE Hotel. First I can start with saying the location was perfect. It was close to a number of stores restaurants a mall and more. The hotel itself had a wonderful restaurant and bagel shop inside. My room was the best room in the hotel. My view was phenomenal, the room was very clean, no odors or smells at all, the staff was amazingly very helpful when needed and I felt safe at all times while I was there. The bed in the room was so luxurious and comfortable. The sunlight that came through my room felt so good and it was so quiet and peaceful! My stay was so relaxing to the point where I hardly every left my room. I will definitely be coming back to the ACE Hotel to stay again!

Staff was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Gave us a really nice corner room. It was very quiet and easy to get good rest on our trip! Very walkable, close to subway stations, coffee shops, etc. We checked out things all over NYC and it was a good central home base. Would definitely stay here again when we come back to NYC!

Great property and vibe. Decent location adjacent to neighborhoods like Park Slope and Carroll Gardens where you want to search out nice coffee shops and restaurants. My only complaint is that the AC was shockingly loud; bring earplugs.
