I booked this hotel a couple nights to settle in the big city then decided to stay a few more nights as everything was perfect here. Took advantage of breakfast offered. Massages are up on the roof. Great hotel.

The staff was helpful, because we reached little early, we were still able to check in. Property is clean and well maintained. Nice and quite rooms. The only complaint was only once water given and afterwards no refill was made and made to buy water bottle from the desk with 25 bhats. Other than that nice and quite stay with a good location.

I had a very nice stay at Citrus Sukhumvit 11. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the location was perfect, just a short walk to restaurants, bars, and shops. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the breakfast offered a good variety of options each morning. It’s not a luxury hotel, but it’s comfortable, convenient, and great value for the area. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Bangkok.
