The room is a bit dated but nice, if decor is your thing. A clean firm bed made the stay nice and a real comfort after a night (or 3) out. This place was stellar because I’m the type that doesn’t ask for much. Amazing shower pressure as well. I would recommend and revisit indeed.

Used the gym, pool and sauna during our stay. All immaculately maintained. The staff were friendly and breakfast had lots of choice available. Our room had a balcony overlooking the beach which was perfect foe watching the non-stop Rio experience! Overall would highly recommend for facilities, cleanliness and location.

Great Hotel to stay. Staff was very helpful, cordial and they all spoke English which helped us a lot. During our stay we had planned a tour of Rio and it turned out to be a rainny day. The staff offered us a couple of ponchos for our tour. Excellente place to stay. Breakfast was excellent also.

Overall, we had a positive experience at the hotel. We initially stayed in room rooms located at the back of the hotel and they were rather dingy and faced a brick wall. We then moved to rooms at the front of the hotel overlooking the beach. Those are the best rooms in the hotel, and our suite had two balconies. Overall, the rooms are rather small by American standards, but they were clean and generally well appointed. The staff were generally helpful, friendly and conversant in English. The check-in and checkout processes are very slow by American standards. The location of the hotel on Copacabana Beach is perfect for enjoying the surf and sun. There are many restaurants along the beach from which to choose.

Best staff, SO accommodating. Definitely one of my favorite stays. Whenever we needed something they would deliver it right away, and helped us with whatever we needed. I couldn’t recommend enough. Genuinely some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. Everyone is so example friendly as well.
