They are still in the process of cleaning everything form the old management bur the new management is great room are clean and neat and the new rules they have are great.

The slumlord owners came and tried to intimidate me while at a designated smoking area that looked like a homeless encampment. I was throwing away trash in the dumpster would not stay here had to worry about them coming back to harm me after i stood my ground

Don't leave anything, your room,the staff and guest ,will go shopping, in your item's. And say it's in the trash,but it's in there rooms. The maintenance guy,did give me a few of my dirty laundry item's. They took all my new item's, electronics, soaps.etc,nothing was in the trash!!!I really needed my birth certificate. And my brown purse.etc I guess they needed it too!!

They told me they didn't have a room even though I'd booked it months before. Hotels.com got me a room elsewhere but this hotel told me they couldn't do anything about it.

The place is not ideal at all. Building in terrible condition, mattresses outside. The room smelt like cigarettes something awful. Shower was room temp at best, there are bugs (cockroaches). The lady was nice that's the only reason I'm giving two stars. Safety is questionable here. A man was outside my window saying he had a gun and ready to shoot.
