The property is wonderful and the staff very helpful. It’s a landmark, with the terrace overlooking the valley. The massage was excellent and the pool very pleasant. However, I am certain there are other lovely boutique hotels at a better price point in the area if you are looking for authenticity allied to luxury. The hotel clearly caters to a US crowd, preferably 0.1% transplants from Greenwich CT. The meals were overpriced and some dishes disappointing. The cost of some of the “experiences” looked ridiculous ($100 for stand up paddle - frankly the use of that equipment should be free-, some $2000 for day tours etc…) and daily tips for staff are automatically charged to your bill…(if I want to tip, I want to do it on my own).

This was a bucketlist hotel that checked every box. The room was beautiful, staff was beyond compare. I had one of the best massages I’ve ever had at their incredible spa. There is not enough space to describe how amazing the food was. It was the best breakfast of our whole vacation, possibly of the last decade!

Absolutely breathtaking. The views, the location, the service, the food. I could write a novel and not capture everything. If you have an opportunity to book the Six Senses, do it!! You’ll be tempted to skip breakfast because you’re cocooned in the delicious bedding. Resist that temptation. The breakfast is extravagant.

Unparalleled Service

The service at this hotel was unparallel. I needed a medication and they sent a driver to the pharmacy to pick it up and bring it back to the hotel. I also needed hiking boots and they went to a hiking shoe store bought me my size got them on sale and brought them to the hotel. I’ve never experienced such incredible service before at a hotel.

Magical place!

The most magical place I've been to! The hotel is an old estate and they have redone it beautifully. The staff was first class, the food delicious and there were so many activities to sign up for! Spa was impressive with the hydrotherapy, cold plunge and different saunas! We will definitely go back!!
