Staffs were very friendly and helpful. The room is extremely clean. Love my stay. Would definitely recommended.
The place is amazing ,I like that fact that it’s really close by everything, you don’t have to drive too far, most of the events or shops next to each other, more over it was a safe and wonderful place to stay , my daughter enjoyed her time there and we were safe .
i loved staying here it was actually really nice the shower pressure was great the bed was comfortable my first time in texas city and i would definitely be booking here again, i love how clean and nice the front lady was
I regret choosing this hotel, as it was a last-minute booking due to a tournament. The hotel was not very clean; the sheets were dirty, and the sinks smelled. It was a little outdated even though the pictures showed a modern look. I was also charged a different rate than what Expedia was offering. I attempted to cancel my stay the next day, but neither Expedia nor the hotel owner allowed it. There are some restaurants and shopping nearby, and the area appears to be safe.
The property location was good because it was in close proximity to stores gas stations and restaurants. However, the room to me was misrepresented by the pictures and the amenities that were shown. Kind of cramped and bad for lighting inside the room no lamps available just a couple light switches. The USB charging port did not work. I wanted the stations. It was filthy under the bed very unclean in the room to me had a dirty feeling I expressed his concern to the staff on duty the next day. Also, the preparations for the breakfast area were slow because they were running out of things and you had to wait in line for them to replenish the food station. It doesn’t seem like they were prepared to handle the traffic that was coming through. People had to wait on their preparing food for breakfast. Very dissatisfied though with the presentation on your end.

It was in a good location, the rooms were pretty nice. The beds were pretty comfortable, which was a plus for me. Downside was the shower/tub was maybe 5inches off the actual ground and it smelt like fresh paint. Also I couldn’t get the TV to turn on, even after replacing the batteries.

There was a shooting 2 rooms away from me.Did not feel safe at all.
Did not eat breakfast. Parking well lit. Room had dried paint on and in porcelain toilet. Adhesive bleeding through floor tiles in many areas. Weird bar sink bathroom sink combo in bathroom. Place was obviously being renovated but whoever is doing work is doing a splash and dash job. Unfinished caulking in corners and also dirty. Very low quality. Given Fire Stick remote and TV remote for TV, never got Fire Stick to work. TV displayed multiple times there was no internet. Upon arrival, no one at desk. Waited about 5 minutes, then employee/contractor? came into lobby, called desk person, heard phone ring and then desk person exited the restroom across the hall. Could not or would not recommend any nearby restaurants. All in all, would not recommend.
Where do I start?
We paid for a room of two King beds and made known that there were four people staying. The room came with two bath towels and we asked twice to be provided 2 more. Both times they said they would deliver them to the room, but that never happened. I just had a back surgery and the surgeon told me to be sure that I don't share towels with anyone.
The comforter was about as thin as the sheet, so it was like sleeping with two sheets only. We had also requested another blanket and they told us no.
There was a ton of old food left in the cabinets, some unopened and some opened.
The microwave was impossible to get open. My husband had to use keys to wedge it open and when it finally popped open it hit him in the knee real hard.
All that said, I did have two very comfortable nights of sleep, the bed was comfortable although it did a oud rocking noise when you shifted your weight.
And they did provide coffee and juice, so it wasn't all bad. It may not have been worth the $70 that we paid for eaxh day, but perhaps $50.
