What a great clean hotel, less than 1 mile walk to Gillette perfect location! Great friendly staff, parking, cafe and free breakfast was A+! Definitely come back again soon!!!!
If you are going to Gillette Stadium, this is THE place to stay! You can walk there and back and they serve a really good breakfast AND provide snacks! The staff is friendly and professional, and everything was clean and in good condition.
The room was very clean and kitchenette area well equipped and staff was very helpful. I was disappointed that at 5:30pm we still couldn’t check in and the pool needed to be maintained better but overall it was a pleasant stay.
Check-in was quick and smooth. They had our keycards already prepped. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable and the AC blasted. We will definitely be staying again
Everything about the property is TopNotch except the smell for some reason the room I got had a little smell in it. It wasn’t dirty. It wasn’t filthy. It just had a bad smell besides that the hotel is great.
Easy check-in, friendly front desk. King suite was spacious, comfortable bed. Room had refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, plates, utensils, mugs, mini coffee machine. Bathroom was good except wasn't throughly clean, piece of hair on inside of safety bar.
Staff were extremely helpful and sweet. The breakfast and breakfast staff were great! I wasn’t expecting the room to have a full kitchen which was so helpful because I needed to keep my items in a cold environment.
Overall not a terrible stay. Unfortunately won't be returning, at least not during football season given their proximity to Gillette stadium. Breakfast on our second day was a wash as half the food wasn't stocked. The juices were significantly watered down, guessing to stretch their margins. The walls in between the rooms are super thin, so my nephew and I got to hear wall banging and children screaming later at night. Otherwise the beds were comfortable, and rooms were clean aside from the odor coming out of the garbage disposal in our kitchenette. My final issue would have to be the elevators. Super annoying to have to drop your bags onto the floor so you can scan your key card to get the elevator to move, not to mention when the hotel is busy, it takes a solid 10 minutes to make it down stairs.
If you're traveling with Autistic kids like I was, I would say this property is too noisy to avoid any sensory issues.
