This is literally the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The rooms and the views were beautiful. Every single member of the staff and the restaurant workers were extremely friendly, helpful, and kind. The location of the hotel was also in a great part of the city. Not only that but the the hotel also had transportation services to and from the airport and even to other locations in the city as long as you asked first! Definitely would like to stay here again.

Overall very happy. I have only stayed at one other hotel in mexico city to compare. The lobby is not grand,most luxurious welcome and it can get busy during check in/out time but it’s great to be private compare to a massive corporate hotel vibe. Most happy about the rooms, It’s spacious, a bath tab, great amenities, it felt really comfortable. Breakfast is open till noon which is a plus. I will come back for sure.

The staff is the best part of this hotel! Every single person we had contact with was very pleasant and helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful with a stunning bar on the 38th floor. The buffet breakfast is delicious and extensive. The rooms are large and have amazing bath tubs. Would definitely return to this centrally located hotel and recommend it to everyone.

One of the best hotels I stayed in anywhere in the world. The staff were so friendly. Great service. Great location. The pool was amazing. Highly recommend.
