Overall very happy. I have only stayed at one other hotel in mexico city to compare. The lobby is not grand,most luxurious welcome and it can get busy during check in/out time but it’s great to be private compare to a massive corporate hotel vibe. Most happy about the rooms, It’s spacious, a bath tab, great amenities, it felt really comfortable. Breakfast is open till noon which is a plus. I will come back for sure.

The staff is the best part of this hotel! Every single person we had contact with was very pleasant and helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful with a stunning bar on the 38th floor. We recently stayed for a week at Sofitel reforma México City.. the hotel is luxurious, glamorous and beautiful ! The staff is friendly, accommodating and welcoming! Julián Morales guest experience manager was friendly, attentive to detail, helpful and welcoming! The food was excellent, the swimming pool was as vibe! Highly recommend to anyone planning a trip there!

As always, Sofitel delivers exceptional customer service and impeccable attention to detail. A spacious, beautiful room with stunning views, a gorgeous pool, and a rooftop that truly impresses. Highly recommend the location couldn’t be better.
