Location is close to Akihabara central area. Understand why there are many guests during our stay! Have all the essentials you require. Like laundry room facility. Cleaning of rooms is once in three days. Rooms were relatively clean and up to its rating. Don't expect like a high end hotel. Though the best part was the free black coffee! Hence highly commend for your stay!

Great, English speaking staff that were very helpful. Check in/out was very simple at the kiosk. Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was larger than our last hotel, clean and great shower space. Would recommend for anyone looking for somewhere near Akihabara.

Great hotel! Clean, quiet, and the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. The location was great too, close to alot of places to eat and within walking distance of places we wanted to go. I booked this hotel based on the reviews I read and I'm glad they were accurate.

The hotel was close to central akihabara. Great little hotel and the staff are amazing. The breakfast was limited but what a breakfast! I left my luggage on train from the airport to ueno station and they made the calls for me to get it back!

Amazing attentive staff willing to help with anything and made you feel comfortable and assist with any language barriers. Hotel is clean and modern and so close to major shopping in the Akihabara area. When I return to Japan this will be a definite repeat stay, and will recommend it to all my friends planning their trips Japan as well.

Our family loves staying at this hotel! This is the second time we’ve stayed and we will be returning again for a third time soon! The hotel is clean and modern. We love the location and proximity to all things in Akihabara. There’s also a Family Mart down the street which is really convenient.
