We’ve stayed here twice for Nuggets games and we won’t stay anywhere else for any event we are attending in downtown Denver. This place is perfectly located and the staff have been so friendly both times. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the property is immaculately kept.
The only thing I’ll be taking note of is the restaurant across the parking lot has very odd operating hours. This isn’t on the hotel and I think it is staffed by the college. But we had eaten there on our first visit and it was DELICIOUS. I was excited to go back and the hostess was about to let us sit when someone came from the back and said ‘the chef said we are closed’. The poor hostess looked so confused by the miscommunication and kept apologizing for something that was clearly not her fault! We ate somewhere else, and were going to go back the next day, but then they put a sign up in the hotel lobby that they’d be closed the rest of the weekend. It kinda sucked, so I hope that doesn’t happen on our next visit, because the food is really good.
