rooms have a mildew smell ,management constant harassment for club membership.. pools are cold, hot tubs are warm, not hot at all shortage on staff around Cabanas for service. Restaurant foods mediocre for the price. Room service food good service foods mediocre housemaids concierge very good service valet parking. Good service.

I don’t even know where to start, this has been by far my best hotel experience and I consider myself a well traveled persons staying at luxurious resorts all over the world. The property 10/10, the cleanliness 20/10, the food 30/10 and most of all the staff 1000/10. Our room was immaculate, staff was exceedingly friendly. Our ocean view room was located overlooking the main pool. View was lovely, but the pool music was LOUD techno-type throughout the day, only quieting after 5pm. If a peaceful room is what you are looking for, be certain not to choose a room near the pool

It was a beautiful hotel, good size rooms and very clean, too small gym, not many options for fitness, the spa is good. Entrance experience (lobby) not to good, and comments from some staff members are not welcoming. Restaurants good but service is slow. Some empty spaces and not willing to open service for those areas. Pool areas are nice and good service. Many lifeguards around. And the concierge experience is very personal and are very helpful if need something for your stay or restaurant reservation.
