This was our 3rd stay here. We've always had a great experience! We love how spacious it is. AC worked amazingly, beds were comfortable and bathroom had a clean tub and hot water! Plenty of parking onsite plus we've never had issues with noisy neighbors.

The suite was very spacious. I loved the fact that it had a kitchenette. I was upset that they downgraded my reservation from a king suite to a double queen suite but other than that it was a good stay.

The staff was excellent. Everyone I spoke to throughout my stay were so friendly and accommodating. Parking was excellent and I really liked seeing security on premises after hours. We got there late and my room keys were waiting for me in a lockbox which made it super easy to get settled. I really liked having a full kitchen as we utilized the fridge, microwave and oven. I would definitely stay here again but I will be better prepared as far as the kitchen is concerned. Cookware is very limited (a small pan and pot). There are some cooking utensils but I had to run to Walmart to buy a small bake pan and some dish soap. They provide a hot pad, wash rag, towel and a dishwasher pod but when you only have 4 plates and a few glasses and not many cooking utensils it seems pointless to run the dishwasher. My only complaint is the dirty floor. Our feet were so dirty from walking around the room it was a bit disgusting. Most of the floor is laminate so a good mopping would do wonders.

Secure parking and premises; the rooms are fine, though the beds are very basic, and the noise from the air conditioning can be a bit bothersome at times. The advantage is being located close to SeaWorld.
