The breakfast is very expensive atleast $30per person, so it would be great if the hotel could offer better breakfast deals or packages. The location is excellent and very convenient, so we highly recommend staying here. We also loved having convenient shops inside the hotel, especially Tully’s Coffee and 7-Eleven. The staff were lovely and friendly, and the prices were very reasonable for a quick meal or coffee. Overall, a great and convenient place to stay.

The hotel is great, but some rooms are well worn and showing their age, however the staff were very responsive and helped with every enquiry. The gardens are lovely and it's a great location from the train station.

The air conditioner in the room wasn’t working fully so our room was not cool enough. Location is great, minutes from Shinagawa station although it is an incline hill down, making it a slight tough walk on a hot day going back to the hotel as its upward slope. The small 7-11 on premise was very convenient!
