The staff is wonderful. We were there for our anniversary and we got complimentary upgrade to executive room, complimentary chocolate dipped strawberry to make it more special. The resort itself is magnificent, the pools are splendid. They have thier own cove which is great to snorkel. We also get to watch the whales from the infinity pool.

The Four Seasons Wailea was, once again, exceptional. All the staff, from the front desk to the pool to the outrigger crew to housekeeping, all helped make our stay one we will never forget. We were sad to leave and hope to return soon!

Four Seasons is worth every penny, every time. They are excellent. This property and the service is unmatched in the area. I stayed all of last week and then came back. Staff is so excellent. Property is gorgeous. It's just perfect. A lot of things aren't worth the price these days, but I have to say this hotel is worth the money. 5 stars.

Beautiful room with a great balcony and nice view (even at 45 degree angle), friendly staff at the pool and for room service, excellent restaurants and great food. A short walk to shops and other restaurants, and friendly concierge to book tours and excursions with if you want to do that. Wait lists for chairs at the adult pool cleared quickly most days.
