The staff was very friendly everywhere,since the moment we stepped out of the car,to the room , to the restaurants,the pool area to check out. Very clean. The only drawback was the restaurants,they were either closed a day and where others close early.

The resort was very very nice. Ideally if you want to stay at the resort for your stay expect to be at the resort for your trip. Not much to do in the evenings so be prepared to venture off the resort. Staff was great, food was fine, and would stay there again.

Staying at the Westin Playa Bonita was a highlight of our visit to Panama. We LOVED the setting, really enjoyed the many pools, and found that staff so attentive and friendly. The views were amazing and the atmosphere incredibly relaxing. We are already planning our next visit there.

The hotel is beautiful, I loved the lobby, the spacing of all the different seating areas. The spacing of each restaurant. I was there during I think was their slow season, so a couple of the restaurants were not open. The staff was amazing, and always willing to help Only one restaurant Star Grill was opened during the day and their service was slow
