The Haya Hotel is perfectly located for walking around Ybor, and conveniently located to the free trolly to the aquarium, cruise port, and sports arena. I highly recommend staying there if you are visiting for a weekend stay, or looking for a place to stay before or after a cruise.

We really enjoyed our stay ! The pool is boutique style. Pool party going on was so fun with a DJ. Food was excellent from the restaurant. Service was the best all around. We would defiantly come back.

Staff was accommodating and helpful. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, and the trolley. Only complaint is that our room was located near a staff area (I assume linen and cleaning storage), which made it somewhat noisy outside our room.

Clean hotel with comfortable beds, amazing water pressure in the shower, and very friendly and accommodating staff. Pool hours are sunrise to sunset (Expedia lists the pool as open later than it is). We did not dine while on site, but the bar and restaurant looked inviting. Coffee from the cafe in the am was delicious. Management went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Highly recommend staying here.

Valet remembers you, hotel staff is great, they clean your room every day. Highlight of the trip was the Cuban croissant at the cafe… so good. The only issue at the property were the bartenders. The patrons were getting upset and it took the staff 10 minutes for every round of cocktails.
