I absolutely loved my stay here! The location is perfect, right by 5th Avenue with so many shops, restaurants, and the beach just a short walk away. But the staff truly made the experience so much more special. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. I felt so cared for during my stay. One of my best resort experiences, and I would definitely come back!

Definitely a great location, if you’re planning to come to Playa and visit fifth Avenue. Walking distance to everywhere, the staff is amazing, the resorts clean, and I met so many amazing people there. The beach area is very small, but you can walk across the pier and be at a really good beach area. Overall, I will definitely come back and visit.

A beautiful location with a stunning lobby and beautiful spacious suites. The pool is enormous and well kept. The professional staff is warm and very courteous. Everyone greets you and very eager to ensure you are well accommodated. The meals offered have an excellent variety for everyone's taste and preferences. The staff do a really great job at keeping the resort impeccable. We were very happy with our suite that had an amazing view from the balcony over the water. By far the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in while away from home.

Our stay here was PHENOMENAL!! The staff was AMAZING. The property was exceptional and well maintained!! The beds are like sleeping on clouds! Soooooo much fun and will definitely be back! The only thing I would do is maybe not come during seaweed season not the hotels fault but the beaches were not swimmable!! Other than that everything was amazing

Great stay with excellent service! We were very happy with our overall stay here. The staff was incredibly friendly and the food was absolutely great. Very clean room and hotel. Staff is excellent and hardworking. The beach is not accessible from the pool area and when the sargassum comes in part of the pool area smells . The entertainment staff makes up for it. The other workers work hard cleaning the beach as well. I also thought the food was excellent!

Wonderful short stay at the Alltra, everyone liked it. Food was good, service was excellent we had a great time. Only the beach is smaller than appears on the photo du to hurricane and climate but still it’s fine.
