Amazing staff. Friendly attentive. Rooms very clean. Well stocked. Ala Carte restaurants food was delicious. Proximity to 5th Ave was great. We were aware when booking there isn't any beach left, we went to relax at the pool. Great pizza at the Pool area..so good we had some daily. Drinks were good as well. Would definately stay again.

This is an amazing option for adults. Great service, pretty quiet place (at least at this time of the year) The staff is AMAZING! Jorge, Mireya, Mirna, Pipe, Victor, Abraham, Aaron, Eduardo… wow! They are too many! But all are great people. I will definitely come back

The staff was amazing, the place and rooms were also beautiful. The access to the beach is not the greatest and very small. The buffet is decent, the menu is the same. The restaurants they have are great. They have about 2 pools in total and 1 hot tub, never got a chance to use the hot tub as it was out of service. The pools are decent, only one has a swim up bar. Drinks are decent but not very sweet at all. Walking distance to 5th ave, would definitely recommend.

The main outdoor pool lacks a swim up bar and smells horribly of dead seaweed along the coast, literally unusable. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Liquor was bottom shelf and the beer was only XX and Sol, again bottom shelf. Food was okay but Jose at the sushi bar was awesome! Resort was okay overall I wanted to visit the regional area below Cancun and was probably a one and done experience for me.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The location is perfect, right by 5th Avenue with so many shops, restaurants, and the beach just a short walk away. But the staff truly made the experience so much more special. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. I felt so cared for during my stay. One of my best resort experiences, and I would definitely come back!

Definitely a great location, if you’re planning to come to Playa and visit fifth Avenue. Walking distance to everywhere, the staff is amazing, the resorts clean, and I met so many amazing people there. The beach area is very small, but you can walk across the pier and be at a really good beach area. Overall, I will definitely come back and visit.
