Great stay with excellent service! We were very happy with our overall stay here. The staff was incredibly friendly and the food was absolutely great. This is an excellent hotel with clean rooms and friendly staff. The food is delicious, and there are lots of things to do nearby. You can find great shopping for clothes and souvenirs, walking areas, and clubs right in the vicinity along 5th Avenue. Plus, the local architecture and souvenirs were half the price compared to the airport shops!

Staff were pleasant and efficient. The property was well maintained. Only concern was the lack of seafood options, specifically only having one type of fish, Tilapia. Our stay there was amazing. We had issues with our ac in the room at first but it was immediately fixed. I was a little disappointed that there was no beach outside the resort. Meaning we couldn't walk on any sand due to erosion looked like. We had to walk down to experience the beach. Overall the resort is in a great location.
