The room was clean and the manager was friendly. The front desk staff wasn’t as welcoming but there seemed to be a language barrier which could have affected the interaction. I’d stay here again.

Perfect accommodation near the beaches. Free parking, spacious and clean room, plus it is pet-friendly, which is the best part. Front desk forgot our request when we asked for fresh towels and trash bags. Good thing when we arrived back in the hotel room, we saw the housekeepers in the hallway and asked them directly for supplies. Overall, it was a good experience and a nice stay.

I really enjoyed the location of the hotel. The beds were very comfortable. During our stay we did have someone on the floor above us that was loud late at night for two of the nights. Overall I would stay there again. They offer a washer and dryer for guest at no charge.

Honestly, in the future, I will not rent another room that allow pets. I feel like something was crawling on me and biting me throughout the night at one point I even got up to go take a shower remembering I already had ashower midday just because something kept biting me off and on. Also the carpet I felt the carpet was not clean and then outside by door the carpet down the hallway, look bad it even had bleach spots throughout it other than that the staff and everyone else was helpful.

Although we just stayed one night, we got a good impression of the hotel. Our room was very clean and spacious. The bed and pillows were comfy. Had a coffee pot in the room but liked being able to go down stairs and get a fresh ground cup of coffee whenever I wanted to for free! Snacks for a fee were available too. The location is not on the beach but it isn't far and was close to many other places including Pier Park. Would stay here again!

Nice room, comfortable bed, i appreciated the grab bar in the tub/shower and provided body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Garshian was particularly pleasant and helpful at the front desk. The hotel is convenient to the beach and many restaurants. Would stay again.
